About PDF Master Editor

PDF Master Editor is a free set of 16 PDF tools that work entirely inside your web browser. It was built by Yadraj Meena, a Computer Science teacher in Jhalawar, Rajasthan, and is run by Seema Bai Meena.

Why it was built

Every admission season, teachers, parents and students struggle with the same problems: a scanned certificate is too large for the portal, a form needs a signature, an office order needs one date changed, or ten documents must become one PDF. Most online tools upload these private documents to unknown servers or hide basic features behind expensive subscriptions. PDF Master Editor was built to solve these everyday jobs simply, privately and at almost no cost.

What makes it different

• Private by design: your files are processed on your own device and are never uploaded.
• Free for everyday documents: every tool is free for PDFs up to 5 pages. Larger PDFs cost just ₹2 each, or ₹50 for a month of unlimited use.
• Made for India: compress to exact KB limits used by portals, edit Hindi text and read scanned Hindi documents.
• Accessible: full voice control with spoken replies (press Alt+V or the microphone button), so blind and low-vision users can compress, edit and save PDFs by voice in English or Hindi.

The tools

Merge, split, organize, remove and rotate pages; edit text, sign, fill forms, add page numbers and watermarks, crop and resize; convert images to PDF and PDF to images; compress and convert to grayscale. See the guides for step-by-step help.
