Refund and cancellation policy
We want every payment on PDF Master Editor to be fair. Because PDFs are delivered instantly in your browser, purchases are normally final, with the exceptions below.
When you get a full refund
- You were charged but the PDFs or monthly pass were not added to your device code.
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- A technical fault on our side stopped you from downloading the PDF you paid for.
How to ask
Email within 7 days of payment with the Razorpay payment ID (from your receipt or UPI app) and a short note of what went wrong. Include your device code if you have it; it is shown in the payment window under “Use paid edits from another device”.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
Cancellation
There is no subscription to cancel. The monthly pass is a one-time payment that ends on its own after the period shown at purchase; nothing is charged again.
